

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: All rooms are based on double occupancy. Additional person fee for more than two occupants is $50 for adults aged 16+ and $25 for children aged 4-15. Max occupancy is 3 adults (over age 15) OR 2 adults and 2 children (age 4-15). Most rooms cannot accommodate more than two guests.
DEPOSIT POLICY: We have two different rate types, refundable and non-refundable rates, each with their own respective deposit & cancellation policies.
Refundable: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Non-refundable: A 100% deposit is required at time of booking.
CANCEL POLICY:
Refundable: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a full refund of the 50% deposit, will be issued only if the Hotel is notified of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel, alter or reduce your stay 14 days or fewer prior to your arrival date, we will retain the full amount of your deposit. No refunds for early departures.
Non-Refundable: Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason
PET POLICY: If you would like to have a canine join you for your upcoming stay, that may or may not be possible. We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms with other rules and restrictions as well. To bring your dog, you must make your reservation with us over the phone in advance and specify that you would like a pet-friendly room. We absolutely do require that you inquire with us ahead of your stay to ensure one is available, otherwise we cannot accommodate your pet. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, and animals may not be unattended in the rooms. This rule is strictly enforced.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3 PM. Our doors may be locked; arrivals may need to ring our bell. We make every effort to accommodate an early arrival, but cannot guarantee a check-in prior to 3 PM. Check-out is 11 AM on departure day.
WINE SOCIAL: Guests who reserve directly via our online booking engine or by calling us at (207) 594-5994 will receive an afternoon beverage included with room rates. Bookings from third party websites will not receive our inclusive beverage service, due to the cost of higher fees associated with these bookings. We encourage our guests to always book direct!
NO SHOW POLICY: Cancellations upon the evening of arrival have already been charged in full and are considered No-Shows. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved and will not receive any refund.
PROPERTY POLICIES: Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Breakfast, wine social, and rooftop deck are private amenities and are available to reserved guests only.
TV LOGINS: 250 Main offers interactive television technology. We suggest bringing your streaming app passwords and logins for optimum experience. Guests are responsible for logging out of TV applications - 250 Main Hotel will not be held responsible for guest login credentials.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: 250 Main Hotel is a smoke free property, including the use of vaporizing devices, with strict penalties for violations.
PARKING: Parking is located near the hotel. Once arrived, we will assist you in locating the best parking options.
